Use Cases
The 'B' series of Azure VMs are general-purpose instances that differ from traditional ones by using a CPU credit system. Unlike fixed-performance VMs, B-series VMs accumulate credits when operating below a base CPU performance level and use these credits for higher performance bursts. Once credits are depleted, the VM reverts to its base performance until new credits are earned.

Credit Utilization: When credits are available, the VM can exceed baseline performance and use up to 100% of the vCPU to handle higher CPU demands.
